Warmup: 
2 rounds of
straight leg abduction back x21
straight leg abduction side x21
straight leg abduction front x21
ab roll down x8
ab plow x8 

Block 1:
2 rounds of
Single leg hold combo (front into side =1) x5
Rolling duck into falling push-up x5 

Block 2:
3 rounds of
knees to feet to jumping on bench x7
push-ups x30
lying straight leg hip extension with scissor x10e 

Block 3:
3 rounds of
Jump squat into butt kicker into knee tuck x5
Single arm inverted rows x10e
Swiss ball modified crunch x12
Single leg around the world x3e way
