NAHL Fairbanks Ice Dogs Relocate To Marshall, MN For 2020-21 Season

The Fairbanks Ice Dogs of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) announced it will relocate their team to Marshall, Minnesota for the first two months of the 2020-21 season.

With the travel ban and a closed home arena, they were forced to improvise for the beginning of their schedule, so they decided to relocate to Minnesota so they have the opportunity to play this upcoming 2020-21 season. We have seen some NAHL teams decide to suspend operations due to coronavirus and the policies set in place, so it is nice to see some NAHL teams decide to move operations in order to have a 2020-21 season hockey season.

Minnesota might just be the new NAHL “hot bed”. Their is NOT a better state for a team to temporarily move too then the State Of Hockey. Good luck this season to the Fairbanks Ice Dogs.
