TJHP EP058 | Talking about Low Roster Numbers Across The Junior Hockey Landscape

This episode will be hosted by Gresko, joined by Jeff and Hoff.

TJHP EP058 -  This weeks episode of The Junior Hockey Podcast, Gresko is joined by Jeff Nygaard and Eric Hofmann. We discuss the folding of the USPHL Jersey Shore Whalers and what happens when a Junior Hockey team folds, who's at fault, and what happens to players and contracts. Jeff, Hoff and Gresko get into the current landscape and why we are seeing such low roster numbers across the board and we share our thoughts on what we believe is causing it. We give a little Struggle Bus update along with sharing our perspectives on if Junior Hockey/USA Hockey should make it mandatory for players to wear full face protection. Along with that we chat briefly about officiating and hockey locker rooms. Hope you enjoy this weeks episode and as always, thanks for listening!
