Rotary Warmup
4 Lines in Neutral Zone with pucks
On whistle diagonal opposite lines go, starting with a long pass to the line directly in front of them at the far blueline.
Following the pass they will gathering speed, acceleration and crossing over around the bottom of the center ice circle, before getting a pass as they cross the red line. Once recieving the pass, they will finish with a long shot on goal for the goalies.
