Overspeed Shooting Warmup Drill. #hockeydrills #hockey #hockeyskills #hockeycoach #hockeypractice Run out of both or just one end. Lines at the dots. Run continuous with no whistles. First player in line skates inside out around the circle, accelerating the whole time without tight turns. Passes back to his line and gets onside. Receives the pass from his line and drives inside the dots for a shot on net. Shot on the net and be a net front presence. Opposite line goes once the pass is received by the shooter from his line.
