Balance training refers to exercises designed to improve and maintain balance. It involves strengthening the muscles that help keep you upright, such as those in your legs and core, and enhancing coordination to reduce the risk of falls and injuries. Balance training can include both static (standing still) and dynamic (moving around) exercises, and it is beneficial for people of all ages to maintain functional fitness and stability.
