Trimble’s Drill of the Week- On and Off Ice Drills that force players to compete
Fun Drills to mix in to On and Off Ice practice settings that force players to compete in groups of 3.
On ice video below. 2 Minutes in between your drills group your kids up into smaller groups of 3. On Whistle in small area they compete for the puck. When next whistle blows they stop and the 2 people without the puck have to do push ups. Make it accountable, shrink the space and have them focus on leverage, stick checks and body positioning.
Off ice Reaction Drill. Improve eye-hand coordination and reaction time. Watch video to see it in action! Lots of fun. Make it accountable.
