Trimble’s Drill of the Week- Simple Retrieval/ Point Shot drill for Defenseman
Pucks in each corner and lines at bluelines.
D1 retrieves puck in corner (checks shoulders, uses a fake) before sending a long pass to D at blueline. D at blueline has to walk quickly to get to the middle as puck retrieving D applies pressure and defends. Alternate sides.
