June 17, 2021: Report surfaces detailing allegations where Chicago refused to file a report to police.

June 28, 2021: Blackhawks announce the launch of an independent investigation into the 2010 incident.

September 11, 2021: Blackhawks file amended motions to dismiss lawsuits.

September 24, 2021: Miami University was found to be unaware of Aldrich allegations when hiring the coach in 2012.

October 26, 2021: GM Stan Bowman resigns, Blackhawks fined $2 million as Jenner & Block report surfaces.

October 27, 2021: Kyle Beach steps forward as John Doe 1.

October 28, 2021: Joel Quenneville resigns as head coach of the Panthers.

October 28, 2021: Chicago Blackhawks owner Rocky Wirtz wrote a letter to the Hockey Hall of Fame asking for the name of former video coach Brad Aldrich to be removed from the Stanley Cup.

Nov. 1, 2021: Cheveldayoff meets with Bettman. Cheveldayoff, the Winnipeg Jets general manager, is slated to meet Bettman on Monday. The NHL has yet to announce any punishment for Cheveldayoff.
