Full NCAA D1 College Hockey Workout! [VIDEO]

Went through this division 1 workout to give you an idea how hockey players train in the summer to get more powerful. Generally the workouts are built to get bigger faster stronger and the conditioning comes from practices on the ice. Like I said this was a power based workout and there are also other workouts done like ones focused on strength or work capacity. If you’re interested in seeing more let me know.
